The Gramercy sits in a mixed use development in the southwest submarket of Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed in 2014, the Gramercy consists of two buildings with ground floor retail tenants. The project is surrounded by two multifamily projects and has substantial subterranean parking along with adjacent shared surface parking. With just over 190,000 total square feet, the buildings were acquired in 2017. Major tenants include AXOS Bank and Regus coworking.
